During the course of my employment I manned the counter and phone room and worked the shop floor in an extremely fast paced hectic environment, sometimes dealing with hundreds of customers per day during the busy back to school period. My duties included ordering stock, following up with publishers, invoicing, data entry, and despatch of thousands of booklist orders both via post and courier. I have worked with Landmark on and off since I was at secondary school on a casual basis.
